Does AutoZone Offer Same-Day Pick-up and Next-Day Delivery?

How do you prefer to get the parts, fluids, tools, and accessories you need to take care of your vehicles? For some, it’s the familiar experience of perusing the aisles in-store at AutoZone with a huge selection to suit many needs. And for a growing number of DIYers, it’s the convenience of shopping online. No matter how you prefer to shop, we have what it takes to take care of you.

You have cost-free options for getting your parts fast and easily including same-day pickup at a location near you and next-day delivery service. Or if you want to stop in and shop the way you’re used to, that’s always available too. Here’s more.

Auto-Zone In-Store Pickup Options

Shop online for whatever parts you might need. Fill your cart from a huge selection of batteries, brake pads, fluids, filters, accessories, and tools. On each product description, a box to the side lets you know that Free In-Store or Curbside Pickup is available. If it shows ‘In Stock’, it’s available at any time at the location you’ve set. And if it’s currently out of stock, that’s no problem either. You can still place the order and you’ll be notified with an email when it’s ready to be picked up at your chosen location.

Same-Day Pickup for Online Orders

Maybe you’re in the middle of a repair or you need additional parts on short notice. Many items are available at nearby AutoZone locations that can be picked up as soon as today. Shop online as usual and, for products in stock at your local store, the option for Select Free In-Store Pickup is available in the sidebar. Add it to your cart and, when you have everything you need, head to the online checkout. AutoZone Same-Day Pickup orders placed more than an hour before closing time can be picked up the same day. Just wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready, and head down to the location you chose to grab your parts.

AutoZone Next-Day Delivery Service

Do you prefer the convenience of to-your-door delivery but still need them fast? AutoZone Next-Day Delivery is available at no charge on eligible orders over $35 before taxes. Choose parts that indicate Home Delivery is available with ‘Free Next-Day Delivery Eligible’. If you place your order before the cutoff time shown, your order will arrive on the next business day.

What You Need to Pick Up An Order In-Store

If you’re picking up an online order in-store, our AutoZone associates will be ready in-store to make the process a breeze. For online credit card payments, we’ll use your credit card, photo ID, and order confirmation email to make sure you receive the right order every time. If you’ve processed payment via PayPal, show your email confirmation with a photo ID.

If you prefer to pick up your order without leaving your car, we’ve got you covered there too. Call the store when you arrive. You’ll find the phone number on the confirmation email. An associate will bring your order out – you’ll just need to show your identification and email confirmation.

How to Make the Most of AutoZone In-Store Pickup

Get the most out of your AutoZone In-Store Pickup experience with a few helpful tips:

  • Confirm there’s inventory at the store you choose. On the sidebar, note under ‘Free In-Store or Curbside Pickup’ that the correct store location is listed, and look for the green checkmark and the words ‘In Stock’. If it shows Not available, consider delivery or pickup options from another nearby location.
  • Call ahead to confirm availability. If you’re visiting in-store without placing an online order, feel free to call ahead and confirm the parts you need are in stock and ready to pick up immediately.
  • Wait for a confirmation email. As soon as an AutoZone associate has your order gathered and ready to pick up, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you arrive before the email is sent, there may be a short wait.
  • Have your payment method, order, and ID ready. There’s no need to print the confirmation email, but have it ready on your device along with your credit card and photo ID to make the pickup process fast and smooth.
