Great clutch for OEM feel
Nicker
in 4 months
This Subaru WRX is my daily driver with 245,000 miles. It's the first clutch replacement. I wanted the reliability because I intend to put at least another 100,000 miles on it. I wanted the clutch and flywheel (purchased a LuK flywheel elsewhere) to have OEM specs. I had it installed by a Subaru mechanic, but not at the dealer. It was crazy how much work was involved to get access to the clutch. Unless you're a Subaru expert, I'd buy the parts to save lots of money, but see if a Subaru mechanic can do it for you, either at the dealer or at home. The drivetrain now feels like new and I love it!

Exedy OEM Clutch
Bootsak47
in a year
Definitely a quality clutch kit... Could have been handled a bit better in FedEx delivery to the store! Everything but the flywheel was included... Pressure plate, clutch disc, TOB/CRB, new flywheel pilot bearing, grease, information, and an install tool! I believe my stage 1 Exedy Clutch had a center section fail/break apart... I definitely would recommend an ACT monoloc collar for a pull style clutch! Extra added safety, as the stock style TOB clip can come loose inside or become damaged upon transmission installation! I also replaced the clutch master, slave and line prior to the TOB/CRB coming loose and not being able to get into a gear... All I can say is WOW, 200 miles into break in, and working better than I can remember it EVER working! Also a limited lifetime warranty, and about $60 cheaper than online competitors, shhhh ;)..
