Perfect fit for my 2014 Chevy Equinox. Everything lined up great. Included gaskets, nuts and screws meant I didn't have to order them separately. Price was about the same as my usual online parts dealers and I was able to go get it in the store.

Perfect fit just like the OEM part.

Before trying to remove The O2 sensor and exhaust manifold studs, I soaked them with PB rust blaster for an hour. I think it helped. I did not break a single stud on the cylinder head or the catalytic converter exhaust flange. You will need a good size mirror to locate the cylinder head studs. You can use a shallow socket on a 1/4 rachet to get the bottom studs out. The new part fit was just like the OEM part. It took me about 3 hours to swap it out. This is longer than most skilled mechanics, but I take my time to make sure I don't drop bolts or over torque them.
