My 5.7 Dodge hemi developed (for the second time) an exhaust tick. The first time I only replaced the broken studs. This time I called a friend/shop owner who said "the manifolds warp and therefore must be replaced too, and dont bother with the shiny fancy headers. the Dorman replacements are best." Sure enough, both sides looked like the attached pic. This Dorman replacement part is a little heavier duty than the OEM. Of course only time will tell if the fix is permanent, but so far so good!

The manifold fit perfectly. The way this manifold bolted the the exhaust system was different but worked out just fine. Over all I was very happy!

Perfect fit. It does not come with heat shield or the manifold bolts. Came with gasket and two bolts for the y-pipe. Those bolts are NOT threaded enough to tighten it down right. I used four washers
