Ford F150 Mass Air Flow Sensor

Your ride's not a Ford F-150 pick-up truck unless it demonstrates its capabilities with any work, in any weather or road conditions. Make certain your vehicle's horsepower and torque are running as well as possible by replacing your F-150 mass flow sensor with AutoZone's high-quality array of parts.

A new mass air flow sensor for Ford F150 ensures that your truck has the best fuel economy available by taking accurate readings of the air volume and density that enters your engine. Problems such as a rough idle and stalling are potentially problems with these parts. AutoZone has the Ford F150 MAF sensor you're looking for, plus free battery charging and engine diagnostic testing during your next store visit. Buy one today and be sure to join our Loan-a-Tool program when you come in for quick and easy installation.

      Revived my 2006 F150 5.4!!!

So my 06 F150 with the 5.4 died out while driving lost power to steering, breaks, and no acceleration (engine had turned off) it threw low oil pressure light, so freaked out thinking my engine was done for, well opened the hood and seen my cold air intake filter had fallen off and I have no clue how long it’s been off. So I was stuck between either intake issue/electrical/fuse/battery and not oil related at all. So went and replaced the battery to no success but to be honest I needed one anyway as that battery was old, anyway. Then went back and the MAF sensor as I had a feeling it probably got messed up when the filter fell off. And sure enough as soon as I cranked the engine it roared to life and my truck is back on the road!!! Thank you!!!!

I liked the fact that I had a option to get the sensor or to get the whole housing.

Engine would crank but not start after I sprayed the MAF sensor with MAF sensor spray. I plugged in the new sensor and the engine started fine.
