About
Toyota Sienna Oxygen Sensor

You're driving your Toyota minivan when you notice that the gas mileage isn't as efficient as it used to be. It's a sign to check your Toyota Sienna oxygen sensor. The device is key in monitoring fuel economy. Select a quality replacement from a wide range of Toyota Sienna oxygen sensors at AutoZone.

As part of the emission control system, the o2 sensor for Toyota Sienna reads the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust fumes coming from the engine. The sensor concludes whether the mixture is too rich, meaning high oxygen content, or too lean, meaning low oxygen content. Either way, the sensor produces a voltage to the engine management computer, and in turn, the computer adjusts the fuel entering the engine. Purchase a replacement oxygen sensor for your minivan at any AutoZone store or online for Same Day Store Pickup (in most cases).

This is the downstream sensor, park your car on a curb, don't trust a jack. Very easy job, provided you can get under your car, laying on the engine I could reach the connection just fine. underneath you'll have to reach to unfold the aluminum heat shield where the wire gets tucked. Get the right size socket, mine was too long. Part is holding up just fine.
