About
Ford Explorer Oil Pan Gasket
The Ford Explorer oil pan gasket prevents oil from leaking out of the sump. The gaskets provide a seal that keeps the oil in the sump, but time, harsh environments and temperature changes cause them to wear out. New gaskets from AutoZone are available with Same Day Store Pickup of online orders. With trustworthy advice provided by helpful staff at AutoZone, it’s easy to find the right oil pan gasket for Ford Explorer at the right price.

Good quality, It fit perfectly as a replacement. No difference between this gasket and the OEM gasket.

On 11 / 24 / 2018 as I was pulling into the parking lot at work my oil pressure gauge indicator showed low oil pressure. I went under my vehicle and saw the old oil pan gasket was leaking badly. Lucky for me I had the correct socket size, new oil filter, engine oil and new oil pan gasket. Now that I've replaced the old oil pan gasket my vehicle no longer leaks any oil because the new gasket fit perfectly.
