                Fit perfectly, no issues

Fit and quality is similar to the original I replaced the RMS while doing it, which i offset. Check forums and you tube for how to. Only complaint is the drain plug didn't come with a gasket so I picked up another one at AZ that did. Used Fel Pro gaskets, Loc Tite 518 for bearing cap (if doing RMS) and Permatex Right Stuff 90 min at recommended critical areas( for pan gasket install). Be sure to keep track of bolt locations (there are many) and torque to spec. On mine bearing cap was 80 ft lb, brace 35 ft lb and pan bolts 12 ft lb/144 in lbs.

The oil pan I ordered fit perfectly without any modifications. I notice that if I have to go to the dealer to purchase a part I end up paying two to three times more in price.
