      Motorcraft Oil Pressure Sensor

      Bad Bowtie

      in 2 years

On this particular part, it's OEM or nothing. This sensor fits so many different years of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicle models. It is a known part to fail, causing silly daylight warnings. Depending on the model, it is usually BURIED inside that engine compartment. Do it once, do it right. Use only OEM Motorcraft Oil Pressure Sensors on your Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury vehicle. Thread sealant comes already applied on this sensor too....

OPS remove it through the wheel well

      Patdw

      in a year

I like that they had it in stock, I dislike that Ford put the thing in a hard to get at place instead of next to the oil filter or an easy to get at place on the top of the engine. The sensor can be found next to the lower radiator hose on the left side of the V6 engine by going through the wheel well.
