Remanufactured with components from our meticulously culled core inventory to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Bearing surfaces returned to OE-like condition using precision-machining process. Includes new rotating, journal, and thrust bearings, and required gasket and mounting hardware, leading to easier installation. Dynamically balanced compressor/turbine wheel and shaft assemblies, and complete center housing rotating assemblies ensure proper operation. Comes with new OEM electro hydraulic control valve already installed, eliminating need to buy separate part. VGT/VNT undergoes 100% end-of-line testing. Complete turbocharger undergoes unique 100% end-of-line testing. As a global manufacturer, we maintain complete quality control throughout the remanufacturing process.
- Each unit is carefully identified, and completely disassembled to is core assembly. All core assemblies are cleaned and inspected to ensure core quality guidelines are meet before reassembly begins therefore reducing failure rate
- Our remanufactured turbo s come with new rotating, journal and thrust bearings; seals are 100% replaced; and all mating surfaces/passages are reconditioned which provides a longer-lasting unit
- Our remanufactured turbo come with the necessary install kit need therefore making installation simplified and easy
