      It is relatively easy to remove the old filter by releasing four clips that keep the housing top on. Once the original filter was removed, I noted that there was an Air Filter Pre-Filter in the smaller compartment. This was not in the Air Filter box and was not available at Autozone. I went to my local Ford dealership and purchase it. The entire process of changing the filters took five minutes.
