BMW 328i Oil Filter
The 328i's oil filter consists of a synthetic pleated cylinder that the oil passes through within a housing. The most important part of the filter is the medium, which consists of synthetic fibers that are only porous enough for clean oil to pass through. Without an oil filter your vehicle will experience rapid wear and you'll be left with a big repair bill.
Luckily, AutoZone is here to help you replace your BMW 328i oil filter. You have access to premium brand oil filters that are built with strong, resin-supported synthetic linings that filter out up to 99 percent of debris from oil. It's also easy to find the oil filter you need from brands you know and trust.
Once you find the 328i oil filter you need, get it shipped to your door with Free Next Day Delivery. Can't wait a day? Order online and choose Same Day Pickup for fast and easy service.

The factory oil filter does not have any o-rings on the filter itself. This is the only filter for BMW engines that includes a top and bottom oring inside the filter to seal the filtered/unfiltered oil. The OEM filter and Mann option both allow a small amount of unfiltered oil to pass by. This will be my go to for any future bmw oil changes.

I like the quality of the filter. It’s fitted very well on my engine filter compartment. Have the O rings needed for better installation.
