I bought a special online offering the valvoline oil and the STP Extended Life Oil Filter S8AXL. I entered my vehicle details and supposedly the filter match my ford explorer sport 2001. Bought it online, picked up at the store and before I left the store with the oil and the filter, I did ask the clerk to check it on the computer if that filter matched my vehicle. He said yes, and when I got home and started doing the oil change, the filter was not a match. I had to go back to the store and buy the same filter my vehicle had. Terrible customer service, they dont know what they're doing and neither the website matches the correct item for the vehicles. I spent more money afterwards, going back and forth to get a new filter that was not on the offer special they were offering online.
