Ford F250 Oil Filter

Now, remove the oil drain plug and let oil fall into a carefully placed drain pan underneath. Reinstall the drain plug, and replace the oil filter using a filter wrench if necessary. Tighten the filter into position using only your hand, and then add the recommended amount of engine oil to your truck's engine under the hood using the oil filler neck.
