Ford Mustang Oil Filter
To replace a Mustang oil filter, raise the vehicle on jack stands or ramps. Set an oil drain pan underneath the oil pan and remove the drain plug using a wrench or socket to let out the old oil. Replace the Mustang drain plug and use a filter wrench to pull off the anister-style filter near your oil pan. Screw the replacement filter on using only your hand, and add the new motor oil to your Mustang to finish this replacement process.
