About GMC Sierra 1500 Ignition Coil

Issues with the GMC Sierra 1500 ignition coil may manifest in many ways, such as causing a loss of power. However, once you notice a problem, you need to get the ignition coil replaced as soon as possible to avoid further complications with your engine's operation. AutoZone has you covered when you're in the market for a high-quality replacement.

Ignition coils for GMC Sierra 1500 convert the low-voltage, high-amp current flowing from the battery to the high-voltage, low-amp current that the spark plugs need to operate correctly. Due to the fact that the coils are constantly dealing with high voltage, they wear out over time and need replaced. If your coils are faulty, then come to AutoZone for a new Sierra 1500 coil pack. We also offer free battery charging and engine diagnostic testing and a helpful Loan-a-Tool program for DIY installation.

These were easy to install and work better than OEM. The reason is my mileage kicked up almost 2 MPG upon replacement of these and the plugs.

Had a P0304 Cylinder Misfire on cylinder #4. This ignition coil was a perfect fit for a replacement. It was easy to unbolt and the wiring was a quick connect. I also purchase spark plugs and plug wires. All fit like OEM.
