Other signs that your vehicle's belt is worn out are trouble starting your car and screeching from the engine once it's running. Plus, our Loan-a-Tool program is here to help fill any gaps in your toolbox for DIY installation.

      No more leak

My 2009 car still had the factory water pump, a testament to the craftsmanship to Toyota it lasted so long. Technically the pump was still working but the gaskets were all rotted out and it was probably a matter of time it would completely fail, I saw the leak. My mechanic offered to order one but I knew there would be an upcharge for something i can get. I went to the toyota website to get a price comparison of oem and the pump is discontinued. Did some more shopping and found the best deal at AutoZone for Duralast which I know is quality brand and since i bought it I have the warranty.
