Ford Fusion Windshield Wipers

Perfect fit, no adapters for my Ford Fusion. Kudos to the gentleman who helped me/rang me up too. He looked up the part and recommended it. Messing with adapters is a royal pain. So nice to just open and fit. Excellent blade, but the in store service is really what won this. Just go into the store and ask someone. Shopping online never tells you everything.

So I thought I had picked the right blades and planned on putting them on when it stopped raining. Doug let me know they were not right for my year model. He went and picked the right one and put them on for me “in the rain”! My old back really appreciated that.

The product is doing great --- doesn't rain much in Phoenix, but when it does it's great to have effective wipers. What impressed me the most was the Manager on duty, that was in the process of training a new employee. He was so patient and informative I just stood there in awe. In my life, I've never seen anything like it. He took him outside and showed him the best way to install the new blades and made it a real team effort. I wished that I had captured the manager's name so that I could send a personal comment.
