Exact OE replacement for the 2013-2017 Honda Accord 2.4 four cylinder engine. Way cheaper that purchasing them from the dealer. Honda P/N 12290-5A2-A02 converts over to Denso P/N DXE22HQR-D11S which converts to Denso P/N 3492.
