      Exact fit. Very common problem so there are lots of "how to" videos out there. Can be accomplished alone but a helper is invaluable. The trick is getting the cable end to go back in. I attached the front cabled end first and then the rear cable while having a helper pull the spring loaded slack out of the rear of the vehicle. Keep it the new assembly oiled and greased and maybe it will last longer than the under designed factory Honda part did. Took a little over an hour including dragging out all my tools and taking my time. I had step by step notes written out based on a video.

      so my original roller assembly was going out after 13 yrs. replaced with this part / install was easy and fast / now door opens and closes with no problem.
