Remove oil pan, remove bearing girdle support, remove rear main cap. Use punch to remove upper. USE SHOE HORN (little white paper thing that comes with it) to start the insertion of the upper. Worked great.

This was an easy repair. The most tedious part was removing the oil pan. Once that was done, a few YouTube videos guided me through an easy replacement of the rear main seal. This stopped one of the leaks on my engine car.

I replaced the RMS since I had to change my pan. Not too bad on the 4.0 but, messy. I off set mine and used Lock Tite 518 anaerobic flange sealant.
