Dodge 1500 Timing Set

This timing chain kit was for a 2003 Dodge Ram 4.3L V8. Came with all 3 chains, guides, tension arms and tensioners in addition to a torque spec sheet for app parts in the kit. Everything installed easily with no issues, just pay close attention on install to get everything lined up. No need to replace the timing gears unless yours are extremely worn which is probably unlikely.

This timing chain set is actually better than the factory one. It has no slack. Just enough to get it mounted and then it's very very snug fitted will buy from AutoZone again if needed and will tell everyone else that I know that has a Dodge ram with the 5.9 engine in it good job AutoZone and your supplier!

This is a double sprocket. I bought it for it's advertised "heavy duty". Nicely machined, perfect fit.
