Pick Up Your Order

Head to the local AutoZone you selected and pick up your parts. All you need is your credit card, photo ID and order confirmation. If you paid with PayPal, make sure to bring an email confirmation with a photo ID.


  • How Does It Work?
    1. Select "Eligible" item:
      Choose from thousands of items available at your local store.
    2. Select "Free Store Pickup":
      Then add the parts to your cart.
    3. Complete Your Order:
      Choose the "Free Store Pickup" option then add the item to your cart.
    4. Pick Up Your Order:
      Go to the AutoZone store you selected and present them with the appropriate documentation to verify your purchase.

  • How do I know that my order is available for pickup?

    We'll send you an email when your part is ready at the store.

  • What do I bring to the store?

    Yourself, plus some normal verification items. For accuracy and security, only the person who placed the order can pickup the order. Once you get a confirmation email from us, just head down to the store you picked with the following:

    1. For credit card purchases:
      The card used for the purchase, a valid, state-issued photo I.D. and a copy of your order confirmation (print or digital).
    2. For PayPal purchases:
      Email confirmation and a valid, state-issued photo I.D.
  • Where can I get Free Store Pickup?

    Any AutoZone store in the United States, except for Puerto Rico. Free Store Pickup is unfortunately not available in Puerto Rico, Mexico or Brazil.

  • What can I order using Free Store Pickup?

    Anything with the Free Store Pickup marked as available on the site. If you can select the button on the product page or in your cart, you can pick it up in the store you selected.

  • When do I go to the store?

    Once your email confirmation comes in, come see us. It usually takes two hours or less during store hours.

  • What happens if I have a special order item in my order?

    To place a special order, come see us at your local store. Some things need to be ordered by an AutoZoner. Once your special order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email when everything is ready.

  • Can I change my mind and have an item shipped?

    We’d advise double-checking your delivery options before placing your order. Once we lock an order for Free Store Pickup, the item is reserved at that store.

  • If an item in my cart is not available at the store I selected, can I check another store?

    Definitely! Just click “Search Another Store” to look for another place to pick up your order.

  • What are the store hours?

    Store hours vary. Store hours are displayed online where you select your store, within our store locator page.

  • How do I cancel or return my purchase?
