Order your parts, products and accessories and select Free Store Pickup as your delivery option. We'll send a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Pick up your parts by walking into the store or from your car with curbside pickup. All you need is your credit card, photo ID and order confirmation. If you paid with PayPal, make sure to bring an email confirmation with a photo ID.

For In-store pickup: Speak to an AutoZoner in the store so we can verify your information and give you your order.

For Curbside Only: When you arrive, call the store to let them know you have arrived. The store phone number is listed on your confirm email along with the store address. Once you arrive and call, a friendly AutoZoner will bring your order out to your car. When picking up your order it's important to identify your vehicle for the fast pickup.

Bring These With You

If you paid with a credit card, bring your card, confirmation email, and photo ID. For PayPal orders, just bring your email and photo ID. Showing the email on your phone is fine, no need to print it out. The name on your photo ID and credit card should match the information on the order.

If an item in my cart is unavailable at my store, can I check another location?

Definitely! Just click "See Stores with Item" to look for another place to pick up your order.

Who can pick up my order?

Only the person who placed the order can pick it up. We'll confirm your order when you arrive by checking that your credit card, photo ID, and confirmation email all match. If you ordered with PayPal, you only need to bring your confirmation email and photo ID.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

To cancel in advance, call customer service (1-800-288-6966) or call the store you selected when checking out. Returning an order can be done at any AutoZone store in line with our Returns Policy.
