Every 5000-7500 Milesoil change

I normally change my car oil between 5000-7000 miles. Castrol and many other oil companies are good especially full synthetic are good oil. I travel long distance from Ohio to Mississippi or Georgia all the time and only used full synthetic oil. My Honda Accord currently read 230,000 still running strong.

I have noticed 30W oil is sometimes difficult to find for my lawnmower. AutoZone has what I need along with helpful staff to make sure that I get what I need.
