    This was direct replacement for the OEM motor that failed. Simple install, straight forward and perfect fit. Just follow the You-Tube videos out there if you don't know how do it yourself.     I bought this to replace my current window motor and worked fine for about 4 months. It recently broke, with the plastic piece sitting on the rail falling off and now failing to make a connection with the other piece. Buy another product; preferably one without plastic clips for the rails.
