Autozone gave me this new pump instead of the tru grade. I went trough 4 tru grade pumps, all of em were junk. This pump is performing flawless.

Heads up- MAKE SURE TO SCREW IN THE BOTTOM LINE STRAIGHT, NOT AT AN ANGLE (IN ORDER TO NOT STRIP OR LEAK-AND SCREW IT IN SLOWLY) It's a pain in the butt, I mean-it is a simple install, but the angle makes it a pain just because of having to hold the (what feels like) 15 pound thing in one hand and (get the first bolt screwed in) get it screwed in with another, once you get the first bolt in-not hard. If my 25 year old self can do it with previously only working on inline 4 cylinders, you can do it. If you have a hard time getting it lined up after the first bolt, I installed the top bolt first, pull it up to make contact with the radiator hose-that made it way easier to me to install the other bolts. Also if it won't move up enough, loosten that top bolt (that was my issue). Once you get it bolted in, it's not that bad. After you get it bolted in, connect those lines-again, make sure (the only line that screws in) that bottom line screws in straight, I found it helped to screw it in slowly (especially since I believe it is a 16mm wrench, that I didn't have in my tool set-only up to 15mm-my luck-I used a crescent wrench). After you connect the lines, put fluid in the reservoir-crank her up, turn the wheel lock to lock several times , with the cap off, it may make grinding sounds like mine did (I had air in line). After you turned it several times, turn it off, add fluid and then repeat process till fluid is full and no more grinding. I found that method on YouTube and my Ford certified mechanic brother in law said that's safe and that's what he does. I hope that helped, I didn't see any other reviews on this really so hopefully this helps.

This was the only power steering replacement pump that I could find that did not require removing parts from my old unit or adding the pulled or reservoir. It was plug and play and fit exactly like the factory original.
