Although no plastic fluid reservoir is completely immune to the conditions that cause cracking, some are less susceptible than others. Dorman uses tough blow-molded plastic for our power steering reservoir, steeling it against coolant corrosion, fluid freezing, or exposure to extreme under hood heat.
