      Ford Explorer Tie Rod End

Your mid-size Ford Explorer SUV is the perfect family-friendly vehicle, known for its smooth ride and superior handling. So, when the steering wheel shakes and is unresponsive, visit your local AutoZone for a new Ford Explorer tie rod end.

A shaking steering wheel that becomes harder to turn with changes in speed and on corners is an indication that you need new explore tie rod ends. When the joint in the tie rod end wears out, it causes a loose connection between the steering box and wheel spindle, which leads to a loss of steering control. AutoZone wants to restore your vehicle’s performance with a tie rod end replacement for Ford Explorer. Order online for home shipping.

I bought and installed this a few weeks ago. Good quality product at a very affordable price. It is definitely an upgrade from OEM as it has a grease zerk for future maintenance.

Exact match to OE outer tie rod end

      Jason

      in a month

This Duralast outer tie rod end was an exact match to the original but it has the added bonus of a grease fitting. The only issue was the grease fitting, which was a bit of a pain to install properly. The grease fitting should be installed by the factory or atleast cut the thread into the tie rod to make the install easier. 2007 Ford Explorer 4x4.
