I looked at all available parts store radiators from all AutoZone competitors for my 2003 F250 with the 5.4 engine. This is by far the best radiator for this truck available right now in 2024. It is nearly identical in every way to the factory Ford radiator. It looks like quality and fits like quality, it is made in Taiwan though. I didn't have any leak or fit problems, it really does fit perfectly!! The only thing that is different ( which was not a problem in any way) is the transmission cooler fittings on the radiator. They look different and have screw in fittings that stick out slightly but work perfectly. I saw another review that said the fan shroud clips were no good but I say change them out if you want to, I didn't have any issue with them. I did spray a little grease in each one so my screws went in nice and easy. I have had this in my truck for 5 months to the day and its still doing great and my coolant is still right at the full mark.

One of the fittings wasn't moulded properly, causing the hose not to seal. Also keep your old shroud screw clips. The new ones won't fit without picking up the fan shroud, pulling the bottom clips out of the mount. The 2nd radiator worked.
