I stopped into Auto Zone close to Masilon Ohio. I told them I needed a slice hotly hotter plug as I had been fouling plugs. The AZ employee was happy to help me get the right plug for my needs. He was friendl,y respectful, and knowledgeable of the product he was selling me. He hit it spot on. Changed out my plugs and made a world of difference. I got better performance and I’m still running the same plugs with no issues. Great job AZ and good job hiring the right person at that location at least.
