Before making your purchase, find out what type of speakers you will be replacing. You can simply measure the existing speakers and go from there. If you do not have any to begin with, a local Audio/Video shop can guide you with a few simple questions about your vehicle. Most of the time you will be able to drop them right in with little to no alterations needed. Pay close attention to the RMS power handling of the speakers you are purchasing. This is the continuous power that a speaker can handle without distorting. Your head unit will have to have the proper number of speaker outputs compared to how many speakers you plan to hook up to it, as well as sufficient power from the built-in amplifier. Sometimes though, a separate or external amplifier will have to be employed so that your speakers get the adequate power they need for optimal performance.

Review Summary
The speakers provide decent sound quality at lower to mid volume levels. Many customers found them easy to install and well-fitting in their vehicles. However, some experienced distortion at higher volumes, and a few were disappointed with the overall sound quality despite the affordable price point.

Jesse8 months agoVerified PurchaseI did convert all the speakers in my Corvette to The three-way and four-way speakers 4x6 4-in and 6x9 were all changed they do have decent sound 6x9s or better than 4x6s I think the 4 in okay it's not really noticeable I just not sure how I think about boss's speakers yet. But they always say you get what you pay for and for a quick fix yes they are cheap.Purchased for: A 1984 Chevy Corvette C4Helpful?

nick2 years agoSweepstakes EntryThe first set I bought had been opened and re-sold paint broken off air tabs tweeter plastic broken off wires unsoldered assembly kits opened wire ends snipped off for speaker wire but was replaced courteously by The Store assembly wise they look great good accessories kit to mount them with I had purchased because of two speakers that have been blown in a skid steer keep in mind I’m not expecting orchestra Pitch Perfect sound after installing one I decided to try and see what the difference was sound quality wise the blown speaker that made it almost impossible to hear anything but the static scratch When people sang was replaced by a Charlie Brown’s teacher sound of any words spoken double check the wiring or positive negatives change the radio thinking it had to be the radio causing it surely couldn’t be worse than factory Kubota speakers but both were guess I’ll just keep upgrading until I can finally understand what people are saying on the radio They get two stars for their look and accessories kit packaging and if there was a 00 for the rest that’s what they getPurchased for: 2018 SVL 95 Kubota skid steerHelpful?
