Great product. The magnet is a little weak so it is hard to tell if the socket has a grip on the spark plug, but it still gets the job done. If you loosen the spark plug and go to pull it out and the spark plug is not on the socket, keep rotating to further loosen the spark plug.

Newer cars have plugs inside the valve cover, especially imports, like my Infiniti. Convential spark plug sockets are too big to fit. This thin walled socket works perfect. Auto Zone carries various specialty tools which help repairs get done much faster and easier.

I needed a 14mm spark plug socket but the store was out of 14 mm sockets with the rubber to retrieve the spark plug. The clerk recommended this one that comes with a built in magnet. It definitely got the job done. Now I have wait another 60,000 miles or visit my neighbors so I can change their sparkplugs.

Held fast to socket extension. Socket has magnetic insert to hold spark plug in socket. I like this better than the rubber inserts that eventually come lose from the socket.
