About
Toyota Corolla Ignition Switch
When you attempt to start your car, the starter relay and ignition system receive a signal when you turn the key. That signal is transmitted by Corolla ignition switches. If the contacts in the switch are dirty or they just wear out, the switch won't work properly and your car won't start. This means you need to replace the old switch with a new Toyota Corolla ignition switch from AutoZone.

After removing the plastic steering column cover, the part was easily visible. However, removing the screws that mount it to the steering column were not possible with simply tools as the Phillip's screws sit at an awkward angle. Had to take it to a local mechanic. Part worked great though.
