KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Car brakes work by leveraging three main principles of physics: leverage, hydraulics, and friction.
When changing your brake pads, be sure to inspect and replace your rotors and hardware if necessary to ensure optimal braking performance.
If your brakes squeal until you press the pedal down, it may be your wear indicator telling you to change your pads.

Terrible machining process
Kris1 year agoI ordered a pair of these rotors for the rear end of my ’89 Camaro, and honestly, I regret it. The quality was awful. One of them looked like it had been sitting in a damp warehouse for years—when I took it out of the packaging, the plastic was stuck to the rotor like it had melted onto it. On top of that, the inner hub was already starting to rust straight out of the box. Then came the real problem: the machining was way off. The original rotors have a flat ridge, but these were rounded off, meaning they wouldn’t sit flush on the hub. That alone made them unusable, but to make matters worse, the caliper bracket rubbed against the rotors. At this point, it wasn’t even worth trying to make them work. Between the poor fit, bad machining, and signs of rust before even installing them, I’d strongly recommend avoiding these altogether.Purchased for: 1989 Chevrolet CamaroHelpful?
