It was missing several parts (MAF adapter/gasket/hardware, hardware to attach filter adapter to heat shield, two hose clamps) - was a little disappointing... Called K&N Monday morning - they shipped the missing hardware no charge via FedEx, arrived Wednesday morning. Was an easy install. Sounds great under throttle, nice and quiet when just cruising. Does feel a little snappier - but it is still a 6,000+ lb truck, so... Great support, Great product.
