Review Summary
The tire repair kit appears to be generally effective in fixing flat tires, with many customers finding it easy to use and a good value. However, some users reported issues with the plugs being difficult to insert without lubrication, and a few had the plugs break during the repair process. The quality of the tools was also criticized by some, with one reviewer stating the plug insertion tool bent on the first use. A couple of customers noted the lack of rubber cement as a drawback. Overall, the kit seems to work as intended, but users may need to supplement it with additional materials to ensure a successful repair.

Very difficult to use.
BRYAN8 days agoVerified PurchaseThe tool portion of this kit works just fine but the plugs are very difficult to feed into the tool and then push into the tire. While it did work and I was able to plug the leak it was very hard. I have plugged hundreds of tires and this by far was the most difficult to use.Helpful?

Good temporary tubeless tire fix
RICHARD29 days agoVerified PurchaseRecommendedGood temporary fix for a tubeless application but the kit would benefit if it had a quick patch kit for tires that have tubes. For the price the manufacturer could put a couple of sticker patches inside.Helpful?

CORY2 months ago4 plugs snapped in half while trying to push in. No matter how much I filed the hole it kept snapping until I lubed up the plug with actual tire slime and then I was able to slide it in. This kit does not come with any lube or tire cement and without some type of lubrication these plugs will not go in.Purchased for: 1999 Toyota CorollaHelpful?
