    This was easy to set up and installed in seconds. The picture and video quality is spot on. It starts recording as soon as I start my Jeep and shuts off when I shut my Jeep off. The bump function it has is nice cause as soon as the Jeep gets bumped it will record a 3 minute video ( you can set it up for a five minute video). The fact that it will automatically delete the older footage from the SD card when it’s full is nice for my forgetful butt. As some one else had reviewed, I gave this camera a 4 star rate because of the WiFi instead of a Bluetooth connect to the app on your phone as that person had stated my phone will automatically connect to my homes WiFi and override the cameras. Mine did not come with the 32g SD card like it said that was included. But I had an extra one so for me it wasn’t a big deal.

    Works great! It mounted easy, has a super wide field of view, and turns on the moment I open my car door. It's also removable from the mount for more convenient transfer of the SD card. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way it connects to your phone through the app. It connects as a wifi source instead of Bluetooth. So when I'm outside my house, I have to ho through the process of connecting to a new wifi source as my phone trys reconnecting to my home wifi. Other than that one gripe, it works fantastic for the money.

    It would never work unless it was plugged in. Sometimes as I'm driving, it would randomly turn off and on or would say to format the sd card... I have owned two of these dashcams. The first one I got 3 years ago I never had issues with until I got into a serious accident with someone pulling in front of me on the highway. I tried to reuse it, but I assume with the accident it was damaged. I bought another one a month ago (10/28/2024) but I guess this one is defective, out of date, or something.
