Honda Element Optima Car Battery

The last Gold lasted over 3 years with an amp and an aftermarket alarm. That’s pretty good in my book. My last one was brought down to a 3yr warranty as well as this one. I missed there 5yr warrant but anyways it’s a good battery nothing to complain about

The customer service was outstanding by Mariano! He installed the battery and then when the car still didn't start, he realized that the battery connectors were corroded and worn out. After replacing, the car started right up. It was a very hot day as well and the store was busy. I am a very patient person so I did allow him to help get the line down in between trying to fix up my car until more associates arrived because I value good customer service as a fellow retail employee and what's an extra few minutes if you have the time available which I did. I thank you very much Mariano for all your help that day.

The battery is working out great. A little trouble when it's below 20 degrees outside, but otherwise great.
