This is not about the product but about the process of trying to not even return an item but simply cancel an order placed online. Can’t do it on the app or online so you have to call, then when you do get someone on the phone they explain that it may take almost two weeks for you’re money to return to you’re account since it’s charged as credit…. Which makes no sense to me. But then after waiting six days I go and check my app and it’s not even showing that the return has even been initiated or processed.

Not quite the right bulb I needed. Different kind of plug, correct bulb. Didn't realize it until I had already opened the package. They wouldn't return it

I was told it was the right light bulb for my 2005 Kia Sorrento but it was a completely different bulb style that I already had.. it wasn’t compatible! And I have since not been able to make it back to the store to get a replacement
