PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) reports the angle of the throttle plate and thus the engine air intake to the ECM for optimal engine operation under all engine load conditions. Located on the throttle body, a failed Throttle Position Sensor may result in poor engine performance including stalling, hesitation, rough idle, increased fuel consumption, unnecessary stress on the emissions system and check engine light illumination.
- OE MATCH: NTK Throttle Position Sensors are manufactured to operational performance standards to meet or exceed OE fit, form and function to ensure proper feedback to the ECU to control engine performance.
- SUPPORT: Backed by a 3 year/36,000-mile warranty.
- THE NTK DIFFERENCE: Magnet size and strength optimized for precise output signal. 100% thermo-shock and vibration tested to ensure the best performance in extreme conditions.
