Works but not perfect
John11 days agoVerified PurchaseWent in easy but when I roll the window down half way and then attempt to roll it up it triggers the safety and rolls all the way down before I can roll it back up even after resettingPurchased for: 2012 Ford F150Helpful?

Not durable, don't last.
Kerry10 months agoI am on my 3rd one of these in under a year. It is very easy to install, so no problems there. Each one has either bowed down too far. (can't handle weight of window) Or the tip where the rollers are snapped off. (Cheap metals). It is becoming an issue where I might just have to either build my own rail system with something other then the light weight aluminium that is used, heehee, or just get rid of the truck. I do not recommend. Best bet is probably upgrade to the next level of these and hope for better results.Purchased for: 2013 F150 XLTHelpful?

Defective Motor
Robert4 years agoSweepstakes EntryDisappointed. The motor did not raise the window completely open. After removing the old regulator and installing this one, the motor only raised the window 1/4 of the way up. Disappointing product! Thankfully another post recommended swapping the original motor onto the new regulator and it worked perfectly! Would not recommend this product.Purchased for: 2011 Ford F-150Helpful?

Unit not functioning properly
Mike6 years ago2012 f150. Window goes all the way down. Then it only wants to go 1/4 of the way up. Must mess with connection to get it to work properly. Will take motor off old unit and see if the problem is resolved.Purchased for: 2012 Ford F150Helpful?
Defective motor on lift
Mike12236 years agoVerified PurchaseAfter placing the new lift into the door and replacing the siding the technician at the window shop realized the motor only went a quarter of the way down. He took apart the door again. He then removed the old motor from my broken lift and replaced it into the new lift put everything back together and it worked. A one hour job turned into three hours and double the labor cost.Purchased for: 2013 Ford F-150Helpful?
