This one from Duralast seems to be working well, it puts out 65amps (5 amps more than the one from Rockauto).... easy to install as just about everything is on the 300inline six. Ford was stupid for discontinuing these engines.Purchased for: I've three ancient vehicles; an '80 F150 w/inline six, a '92 E350Clubwagon w/351 Windsor, and a '99 Mustang which has a 3.8L six. The F150 is a diy mechanic's dream vehicle.Helpful?
