    It's not a very good regulator. I had fluctuations from 14.6- 12.1 volts, it was very inconsistent after a mere 3 days. I've come to learn that every one on the market is a bunch of dirty barnacles. I ended up replacing the alternator for an internally regulated one, that seems to have addressed the issues.
