J-B Weld SteelStik is a hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of metal. After mixing, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to build up, patch and repair steel components. SteelStik sets in 5 minutes and after 60 minutes, can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted. SteelStik cures to a dark grey color, is rated at a strength of 4000 PSI and will withstand temperatures up to 350°F.
- Great for filling holes, gaps; reconstructing, forming; sealing; fixing stripped threads.
- Works best on all metals, stone, and concrete. Also works on fiberglass and rigid plastic.
- Easy to use, steel-reinforced, hand-mixable epoxy putty. Molds to fit and shape anywhere. Seals and fills cracks and holes.
- Durable. Once cured, SteelStik can be sanded, drilled, painted and tapped.
- Sets fast. 5 minute set time. 1 hour cure time.

- FORREST2 months agoVerified PurchaseAlways a great product, can use for many reasons , but it cost $4-$6 more from autozone vs anywhere else. The quality and quantity are the exact same at other stores, but price is higher? If you can get the product some where else I would, if autozone is only option then okay I guess.

Awesome! Play dough to rock hard in about 5 minute
David Heflin4 months agoVerified PurchaseRecommendedThis stuff is awesome. Is only workable for about 5 minutes, after 4 it starts getting pretty strong. I used it to secure magnets to my driveshaft in a 99' Ram 2500 to make a custom speed sensor and it has held up great. Sands and even shaves/chisels pretty well. I'd recommend keeping a tube of this around - you could patch a hole in an engine block / oil pan / dang near anything on the side of the road!Purchased for: 1999 Ram 2500 Diesel 2WDHelpful?
