This rebuilt TIPM from MAKS TIPM Rebuilders is the most thoroughly restored and extensively tested unit available on the market. Each module undergoes our proven 9-step remanufacturing process in our state-of-the-art California facility. We start with a complete teardown and testing of an OEM core. The fuse plates and casing are ultrasonically cleaned, all fuses are replaced with new components, and each relay is tested and replaced if needed. We then inspect and repair the power and logic boards, replacing damaged traces and failed components to ensure everything meets or exceeds original specifications. Each unit is function-tested using our proprietary on-bench vehicle simulator. The module is reassembled in a brand-new housing for enhanced durability. It’s then tested two more times to ensure peak reliability. Finally, we digitally clear both the original and secondary VIN using our in-house software to ensure seamless vehicle compatibility.
