Schrader EZ-sensor is a programmable sensor that combines 314.9, 315, and 433 MHz frequencies into one SKU. This multi-frequency solution has market-leading vehicle coverage and is compatible with most independent TPMS programming and diagnostics tools. EZ-sensor performs identically to OE replacement TPMS sensors and helps reduce the overall cost of service and optimize inventory levels. EZ-sensor can be interchanged with rubber snap-in valve stems or fixed angle aluminum clamp-in stems 34000 (silver) or 34010 (black). This sensor is not a DIY product and requires appropriate skills, knowledge, and equipment for service. Each EZ-sensor must be programmed before installation and needs a compatible TPMS programming tool.

Old/Faulty Product

- CODY25 days agoVerified PurchaseCurrently the TPMS that I purchased for my vehicle have not been able to be programmed by the local tire and rim company whom installed them. They tried for almost 30 min. to program them with my vehicle with no success. I was instructed by them to drive the vehicle and the TPMS's should self program over time. Since then more than 300 miles have put on the odometer and the low pressure tire light is still illuminated on the dashboard. Yes, tire pressure has been checked numerous times, with a hand held gauge, to ensure proper inflation of 35psi as recommended by Ford specs.Purchased for: 2015 Ford Taurus

TPMS (Ask the shop what programmer they use)
Chris G2 months agoVerified PurchaseWorked great. Only suggestion to anyone reading reviews is to ask the shop you are taking your vehicle too which TPMS Programmer they specifically use. I’ve been to some that only program Autel and other that program Schrader. So just because many of these sensors can work for many vehicles, you’ll do yourself a big favor and not waste anyone’s time if you just ask what programmer they use. Thanks for coming to my Ted TalkHelpful?

Would not reccomend without EZ-Sensor programmer
PCJack8 months agoVerified PurchaseCound not find a local shop that could program valve for me, ended up having to buy another $50 part. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE THE SCRADER COMPATIBLE TOOL. I have an Autel programmer, not a cheap device, found out the hard way that this valve only allows EZ-Sensor compatible, which is about 5 or 6 brands of tools. Wasted hours on a 30 minute job. Ended up going back and buying a Continental (VDO) pre-programmed sensor for the car, very worked first time. No fighting a programmer tool.Purchased for: 2011 Chevy HHRHelpful?
