It is hard wired to the alternator so you will remove the plug from the truck/car and splice it in into the alternator. They give you everything you need, connectors and shrink tube. It takes a few minutes longer but it's a secure connection. Bonus, the alternator is 75 Amps!Purchased for: 1989 F350Helpful?
