It looks the part, and my engine hasn't blown up yet. So, I assume it is doing its job better than some OTHER oil filters that presumably would not be doing their job. I know my way around an engine, so you can take it form me! This one fits my car like a glov... well an oil filter. 5 Stars would recommend. (I will buy this again in another few thousand miles because it is nearby and available)Helpful?
