    I have yet to use the product. My issue is with Autozone charging me for overnight shipping and then not receiving my parts for 5 days. And when I presented the issue at the store, the store employee and manager respond, “there’s not refund on shipping. It says it on the receipt.” Even when they can clearly see the transaction history timeline, they tell me there’s nothing they can do. So I paid for a service that I never received! There clearly is a systematic error with how Autozone conducts sales with shipping, without ever giving local authority to rectify these types of issues. I feel victimized and will NEVER ship here again, unless all of the oher means of purchasing have been exhausted.
